  1. Brand Overview Session

The Brand Overview Session is a paid consultation intended to review a brand’s foundation, identity, expression, and priority areas for improvement.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking, Brand Overview Sessions are non-refundable.

One reschedule may be allowed, provided the request is made by email before the scheduled session time and approved by Grantedesigns.

If the client is more than fifteen (15) minutes late, the session may be treated as a no-show and forfeited.

Any credit toward a future service is promotional, subject to the terms stated at the time of booking or proposal, and does not guarantee future pricing.
